Creative Cloud Packager Won't start

Hi

i used CCP a lot of times in the last year... but now wanted to install CCP on a new virtual machine to create all our packages up to date...

After installation CCP won't open, its starts and closes right away... tried deleting application support folder, preferences, tried different user, tried root

no fix...

    I think when it fails to start for me, I usually delete /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE then try again. -t-

    did that many times... no fix

    @jmercier You may want to try deleting the following:

    /Applications/Adobe
/Library/Application Support/Adobe
 # If you can’t remove the entire "/Library/Application Support/Adobe" folder, these directories should be removed: Adobe PCD, backup, caps, OOBE, SLCache, Installers, SLStore AAMUpdater
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    I don't have any /Applications/Adobe
    i don't have any ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    and tried already deleting /Library/app suport/adobe the hole folder...same thing even with or without reinstalling CCP after

    tried 8 different computers... CCP refuses to launch or to install completely !!!!!!!!!!!!!
