Custom Patch Management Titles

I have multiple applications used in our environment that are not in Patch Management that it would be so nice to be able to use. Is there a way to add "custom" titles to Patch Management?

    Yes and No. You'd have to build your own Site or access someone elses. Check here

    Do we know if the site has to be on a public IP or not? I'm in a cloud instance, and I'd prefer to have a private server doing this.

    Your Cloud instance would need to be able to connect to the server hosting the listings.
