I am unable to delete a file from our Casper Admin that was demoed for us during the Jump Start. Under Type, it says "Built-In AD". The delete icon is grayed out, and there is no menu bar option for delete either. Is this normal?

Can you see it on the JSS web frontend? Which Casper version are you using?
If you are using Casper 9 go to web front end/Computer Management/Directory Bindings. Just delete it here!

+5We're using 9.3, and in the JSS, I can see "Update Inventory" and "Apple Software Update". We're just trying to start using this with a clean slate, so I was attempting to reconcile our JSS and Casper Admin at zero.

Head over to JSS > Settings > Computer Management > Directory Bindings
From there you will be able to edit and delete them.
