Hi Everyone. Really dumb question. I'll try to be as brief as possible. Have a problem where DEP is not communicating with our jss. Error "Sync Failed. Awaiting Next Sync. I've tried a new token upload but every time I get an "Problem Contacting Apple Services" error. I've tried editing the "setenv.sh" on the Tomcat per Jamf but no luck. Here is the stupid question. If I were to delete the DEP instance create a new one using the token from ASM are all the devices gone or will they show up when I upload the new token? Convoluted I know.

+18You can get a new token without deleting the instance. I'd perform some other troubleshooting first, like checking on your Java config and TLSv1.2 settings. There are some threads around this from a few months back for more details. And I'd double check your firewall rules to make sure the traffic is getting out to Apple from your JSS.
I don't think deleting and recreating the instance would resolve this, personally.
