  • dark mode-compatible apps (don't overlook your menu-bar apps)

  • start phasing out your 32-bit apps. Yes, they still run, but 10.14 is the end. Prepare now. Less pain later on.

  • prepare your users for the extra number of dialogue boxes they'll be seeing
