Is there a way to fetch the primary user details on to the client machine? maybe using jamf recon? I saw that we can set that value using jamf recon(jamf recon -endUsername <>). Is it possible to get those details as well?

    Not though the Jamf binary. You would need to use the API to pull that information from Jamf Pro.
