I am looking for a way to disable emojis for our iPads. We have students using the iPads for Computer Based Testing and would like to disable if that is possible

It isn't possible as it is not something that can be modified in a configuration profile. While I understand that one may not want a student to write an essay with Emoji's, they're a part of modern linguistics and, if anything, should be embraced.
