Random one for you, I have now had two users on 10.11.6 complaining of files going missing from folders, when we look in All My Files the files are there but in different folders.
Anyone else seen this?

Is iCloud drive turned on?
On one machine it was on the other the user wasn't even logged into iCloud, the files weren't on the user who was logged into iCloud, iCloud drive.
The files were on the machine, just not where they were supposed to be.
