I am working on our DEP workflow to replace imaging. We are not creating the user during the setup, but instead need to install the software to link to our directory. Is there a way to pop up a dialog box just to tell the user to wait a few minutes before trying to log in with their account? I've tried using jamfHelper with the HUD window type. But that didn't seem to work.

Am I just using the wrong settings? Or is it not possible to display something over the login screen?

A launch agent and script using a specific version of CocoaDialog (3.0.999) is what I've had some success with. It's a bit clunky, and since there's not a way to install that user notifying package before the jamf agent it can be a bit hit-or-miss.
