I must be missing something... is there no way of knowing/collecting inventory on what distribution point clients are reporting to? I see the option to set the DP on either default or per-policy levels, but no option of actually reporting on it later on? Not seeing any extension attribute template here either.
Suggestions?
OK judging from post below appears reporting may not be possible, but setting by subnet is. That may be sufficient for what we need right now.

I always thought Casper would be able to automagically route clients to their nearest Distribution Point. Apparently not. JAMF gave us a cool subnet import tool a while back, and so its easy to import subnets. But trying to manage which subnets use which Distribution Point would be a huge task. Maybe this should be a feature request? :D
