Does JAMF traffic get encrypted when being pushed to a remote machine?

I have some scripts that will give certain admin accounts on our remote machines access to File Vault. I was wondering if traffic that is being pushed to remote machines will be encrypted so our passwords that may be in the scripts won't be in the clear. We are using a policy to push the scripts to the machines. Thanks!
