New to Jamf and I noticed Remote Login (System Preferences > Sharing) is already checked after starting up a new computer after a prestige enrollment. I don't have many config profiles and I looked through them nothing with a payload that would turn that on.
My only guess is that it is a default from Jamf to enable Jamf Remote?
One way you can enable or disable it is by using policy. under Files and Processes, you can use this command to enable setremotelogin on and set policy run after enrolment complete
There is a setting to enable remote login (SSH) during Check-In. Maybe you have that configured?
It's under Settings >> Computer Management >> Check-In >> Ensure SSH is enabled
