Duplicate Self Service Web Clip

Hi guys,

Ran into a weird issue when I unenrolled an iPhone 4S from MDM, the self service web clip did not get completely deleted. When I went to reenroll the device I ended up with two web clip icons. Any ideas as to why this would happen and how to delete the extra web clip?

EDIT: Spoke too soon, rebooting the device removes the "extra" web clip icon. Sorry for the unnecessary post.

    This has happened to me too. In another thread other posts said if you reboot the device it should clear it up. I haven't gotten a chance to try that yet.

    By the way, the next version of iOS is supposed to fix this. It was an iOS problem.
