Hi Folks,
First off, we have El Capitan being blocked from being installed. I believe laptop users are taking them home and being able to bypass this. I am double checking this later today.
With that being said, I have a handful of El Capitan Macs that self service is failing to work. These Macs are still checking in and updating inventory, it appears only self service isn't working.
Anyone else seeing this behavior or have thoughts on what we should look at?
