I am having a problem with Dictation in my environment being enabled. It currently states that there are parental controls that are controlling Dictation.
I have tried using the templates inside of Casper and that has failed to work. I also tried booting a brand new Macbook Air and using computer to to grab the plist with it modified to a yes value of being turned on and that has failed. Has anyone been able to get it turned on?
