I am trying to figure out how to enable the Find my Mac function across all of out computer's admin account so we can track them if stolen.

Is there anyway to enable it with a script or will Apple's security protocols not allow this?

Doesn't it run through iCloud? You'd have to sign into a company AppleID, which would also prevent your users from utilizing their AppleIDs for their password sync and other stuff.

We're also trying to figure out how to track units so if they're stolen. We've got about 1500 MacBook Airs. We were using Undercover but they're closing down at the end of 2019.

I've looked into a couple of different options but so far nothing has looked good. Any ideas?
