Hey folks...

A developer of ours is creating a "Linux based web app" and needs some specific ports open.  As there is no app / bundle ID associated with this web app so as to allow connections via the GUI, does anyone know how to open ports on the Mac's firewall via script?

Thanks!

I tried scripting Firewall ports years ago and wasn't able to get it working.. however I am not that smart. : )

This is tool/app that helped me the most  : )

Good luck!

It can be scripted using paths but from what I've seen Apple has removed ability to manage the firewall from terminal. The app firewall also is basically allow or deny it doesn't have ports.
