Enable Lost mode no location data

Hey guys, started messing with this new feature today. No coordinates are showing up in the Hardware section of the device in our JSS. Does find my device need to be enabled in iCloud to get this information to show up?

    @Mikeness iCloud doesn't need to be enabled to get location data with Lost Mode. What is displayed on the bottom of the Hardware payload?

    Sure, this is what I'm seeing.

    I tried using the update location button but when it completes it shows just like this again.

    I found the location data under "security" instead of "hardware"
