Enable the notifications for the Email Paylod for ios Configuration profile

Hello ,

I am using the ios Config Profile specially Email Payload. But I am not sure how /is it allowed to Enable Push notifications on that . I see the Notification Payload Available in the documentation. Am I able to do it. If so , Can anybody help me figure out how.
