We have about 20 mac clients in my JSS listed as -Not Enrolled-
Any guidance on best way to get them enrolled without physically touching them with the enroll.pkg file

Thx, Tom

I usually just click on the Details link of the record and in Computer Information, check the "Manage this computer" box. Put in your management credentials and it should be enrolled once you hit save.

Would that reset the password for the JAMF account on the box then? Or do you have to know the password of the JAMF Account ahead of time?

To my knowledge, just entering the account name/password there will only work if its the correct information as it exists on the client system. If you don't know what the password is, just entering something in that field will not get the Mac managed, meaning it does not reset the password on the client machine to match.
