I’m switching over from Filewave to Jamf and I’m starting with my lab computers and something is not working. Here is what I have done and is working.
I have all my lab comp switched over in DEP.
I setup enrollment profile.
I created a static group
The lab test computer took the enrollment profiles.
Here’s what is not working,
I created a policy to create a local Student and Test account and I scoped it to that static group.

We have several policies to create new local account for labs using a policy as in the attached image:
+7Yes I created the 2 separate policy for the accounts but I don’t see the accounts on the computer.
I’ll have to check the logs tomorrow,
+11@supersizeal A good place to check what is happening is the log files on the computer, found in /var/log/jamf.log and install.log
+7I checked the logs and it said it was installed but it wasn't there on the computer.
In the Log option there is a Flush button. Does that mean to reinstall the policy?
Thats what I selected and the computer got the new account.
