as of yesterday, we are migrating another batch of Mac devices from an old MDM to Jamf Pro and we prompting users with UMAD. this was working well for us with devices on 10.15.x, but now we are migrating 10.14.x devices over and a lot of DEP/ABM assigned devices are showing as user-initiated enrollment and are not going to our migration prestage, so the MDM profile is showing as removable.
is there any reason why this may be happening and how to correct the enrollment to prestage/supervised?
