Error Domain=com.Jamf.Jamf security.error Code=50

I am setting up a new JSS server on Windows 2012 R2 and I am receiving this message int he JAMF.log.

Error Domain=com.jamf.jamfsecurity.error Code=-50 "One or more parameters passed to a function were not valid." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=One or more parameters passed to a fuction were not valid.}

I am able to apply Managed Prefences and Policies, but I cannot get Configuration Profiles to apply.

Any suggestions or has anyone seen this error before?
