Hi,

whenever students try to download an application in their students app the following error occurs:"Licenses cannot be assigned because the service token is invalid." 

Funfact: Every Token is valid...

Any suggestions what I am doing wrong :-D 

 

  1. Check your VPP token. Renew it if needed.
  2. Pray that you did not renew the VPP token in the past with the wrong account.
  3. Contact JAMF Support if issue still persists.

Issue still persist. Even our retailer doesn't know any solution and handed the issue to JAMF Support

I have had this occur when i moved licenses from one token to another in apple school manager but not resynced jamf. It was almost as if who ever touched the token last is the real master, but since we push or remove things via jamf it has to be the last to touch it. When i force a resync, all is well again.
