Filevault and JSS 10

Hello, since my jss was upgraded to 10, Filevault script doesn't work. I have 2 smart group :
first countain mac with filevautl status not encrypted. I've 12 computers in this group
second countain Mac eligible for filevault and in this group I've got only 7 computers.

How can you explain this ?

      The eligible for Filevault inventory item is currently broken for 10.13.

      It reports 10.13 macs with No Recovery Partition. Are the missing Macs on 10.13?

      No, a majority is on 10.13.1 but 5 are on 10.11.6 or 10.12.6. Strange, any idea ?
