Does this command actually fill all users (we use AD without creating mobile users so there is a user folder but not a system record for the user). Just wondering if this applies to our situation?

+6Yes. I have my AD users set up the same way. Fill existing users will modify any existing user's home folder regardless of whether there is an actual account stored locally on the machine to match that home folder (from my experiences, anyway).
