Forcing Encrypted Emails in MS Outlook

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to manage the option within MS Outlook within New Message > Options > Security > 'Encrypt Message' so that it's always on? Is this even possible? Or can I possibly set it from somewhere within Office 365?

Any help much appreciated!
