We have recently installed Jamfpro to our iMac suite in an Academy.
The iMacs have Garageband and Login Pro X installed.
When we use a network manager login or staff login both work fine.
As soon as we use a student login Garageband works but Logic Pro X will crash every time!
The iMacs have Mojave installed at the moment as this is the OS the various Academies have as standard. We are on their internal network, and the students AD information is controlled by them.
Could it be a permissions issue with the students ?

How was the software installed? From Apple via Apple School/Business Manager then Jamf pro?
+2The software was downloaded for an academy apple account. This was before we joined the Apple School/Business Manager.
We did contact Apple but they couldn't transfer the licence we bought originally.
