Hi Team,

I have doubt, in my mac os i have the version of 11.4 and i need to go back to the previous version like 11.2? Is there any option like that to go back to the previous option? or by command?

Hi Team,

Can anyone give me the information above?

Hi Team,

You're trying to downgrade from macOS 11.4 to 11.2? If so, then no, there is no downgrade option short of a wipe and reinstall using the older version, assuming you have that full version to install.

I'd have to ask for what purpose you would want to do this. Hopefully it's only for testing, because anything under 11.6 at this point has security vulnerabilities that could leave those Macs vulnerable and exposed. I would caution against leaving any Mac running on 11.2 for long at this point.

Hi mm2270,

Its for only testing purpose only, and I need to know whether it is possible or not and is there any option that can be used via jamf pro?

Hi @harsha - just repeating what was said.  No downgrade is possible.  You would need to wipe and reinstall 11.2 (if you have it).
