Created and deployed a new image using OSX 10.7.5 with deploy studio and we found that students aren't able to access the preferences grammar section of word because is greyed out and therefore they not able to spell check their documents. Spelling section is enable, grammar section isn't.

I was wondering if this issue is simply because enabling the settings in the grammar section where overlooked when doing the image?

Is there's anything I can do using JSS to enable the settings without having the create another image?

Already tried a couple of suggestion ,like deleting the Normal.dotm template from word but that didn't work. we don't have the com.microsoft.word.plist in the library of our Mac's either so unable to delete that to give it a try

The language that we use in word also matches

Using Word Mac 2011

Any ideas?

Have you tried setting up word how you want it on a test machine and then taking a copy of the com.microsoft.word.plist file and deploying it to a machine you are having this issue on?

yeah got a hold of a com.microsoft.word.plist file and dumped it inside the library/preferences folder but no luck

When I have seen that issue it has to do with no default dictionary. I would look there and check the permissions on it.
