We just had two tech Accounts expire from lack of use on the GSX.
I'm so very new to JAMF and casper, but I was wondering if this could possibly effect GSX lookups in the future, we won't be using the lookup feature often enough to stay within the 30 day window, so does casper or will it have a way of not letting the GSX account expire?

In an effort to help ensure GSX user access is up to date, GSX automatically inactivates users who have not logged in for 30 days. If your account is inactivated and it is necessary to regain GSX access, please contact your service location's GSX Admin, who can easily re-activate your account if appropriate.It is the responsibility of GSX Admins at each Sold-to account to ensure their GSX user list is kept up to date (only contains current employees) and that correct roles are assigned.
