Did Apple apply their GSX website redesign yet? If so, I expect that would affect it.
Hmm, looks like GSX was scheduled to be out on the 15th and 20-22.
You need to get Apple to enable API support on your GSX account.

After upgrading to our JSS to Casper 8.1, the ability to retrieve GSX
information for individual computers stopped working.
JAMF support says its a known issue they are looking into and they provided
the following work around.
'As a workaround, we can perform an inventory search and select 'Lookup
Purchasing Info in GSX' from 'Take Acton on Results'. Also, GSX lookup
appears to work in the Recon application.'
