Greetings All,

We are looking to find/deploy a help-desk database that will allow my end users to submit support tickets to IT, allow IT to manage these tickets with case notes, as well as keep track of inventory/assets - which is where I'd like to tie into the JSS if possible.

Is anyone using an online/local database/application that they like which integrates with the JSS?
