Hide option "Reset all settings"

First off, I hope you don't mind if I reply in English. I was able to get the context of what you were saying in French simply by button placement and understanding what you were saying in your post.

Sadly, in answer to your question, I don't believe MDM as it stands now has the option to block "Reset All Settings". You can block "Erase all Content and Settings" though with a simple restriction. Unfortunately, Jamf has no ability to add this without Apple's adding it into the MDM specification. I'm with you in that I don't like kids trying to blow away settings or wipe the device to get around restrictions. It would be nice if Apple would add that.
