historical command effecting all new devices

Hi

I've tired setting up a profile to install eduroam on all device, that failed so I told the system to remove the profile from all ios devices.

Now whenever there's a new ios device that is added to our jss and the user manually installs the the eduroam profile, jamf removes it. is there anyway I can clear that command?
