Hi all, roll call!
Reply here if your instance is hosted with JAMF, and have been experiencing an outage for almost 2 hours now.

Some others might be affected but I am not.


We host our own clustered environment so no issues here :)


We've had an outage for the past few hours for our hosted instance as well.


I think perhaps this begs for a feature request, or requests?




  • JAMF hosted instances "services status" from a webpage


  • JAMF hosted instances "outage notification system" - with timely updates


  • Dedicated hosted instances support Twitter account




Thoughts anyone?
Granted, this is literally the 2nd outage I've experienced, and we've been customers for almost a year. My issue here is that we're going on hour 6, and I feel like I'm sitting in the dark.


We experience outages at least once a week.


@jrwilcox That is not good. At all. You're paying top dollar for that kind of service. Is it an issue on JAMF's side or with the cloud provider they use?


Pretty sure it is on JAMF's side.


We did have a degradation of some JAMF Cloud resources that impacted JSS hosted services for some customers.  Those customers that may have been impacted by the issue were sent an email today. In an effort to increase our transparency and enhance our abilities to communicate quickly we have a new status page that is now available: http://status.jamfsoftware.com
