+12There is a Configuration Profile that lets you define which apps are allowed on a device. You can either whitelist or blacklist apps. The profile is called 'Restrictions'. What is a bit confusing is that the settings for restricting apps is under 'iOS and tvOS', not simply under 'iOS'.
