Hello I am taking the CCT test tomorrow and need a little guidance. I created a pdf in eBooks and need to scope to all users in the IT departments to make available for download on their computers and mobile devices. Can someone offer some guidance.

+12This would be done under the eBooks tab in Computers/Mobile Devices.
To make an epub/ibook/pdf available you need to upload it to a http share accessible to users and put that link in to the new in-house ebook in the JSS, the scoping is done the same as a policy.
The ebook can be made available either in Self Service or pushed to/prompted on iOS devices.
