How is best to request new features on not-yet-released software?

I have access to Mountain Lion already, and have a few ideas on how JAMF can take advantage of some really slick new features in the OS.

I cannot post them on the main Feature Requests page here in the JAMF Nation as that would breach my NDA with Apple. Is there a more direct portal I can access to the JAMF developers?

Your account manager should give you access where necessary (click on your name in the top right hand corner of the jamfnation page and choose MyAssets to access who this is.)

But....the NDA means you can't discuss it with them either!

If both parties are under the same NDA it's freely discussable. I imagine a good chunk of the JAMFs are under Apple's dev NDA.

Actually the way we've interpreted the NDA is that only people working for the same company can discuss items. There's a whole section in the NDA talking about who you can talk to, and they state outright that it's only for employees or contractors of the same company working together... So, yeah, it's hard to actually talk other than in the Apple Developer Forums...

Yeah I'm aware of that, but in "letter vs. spirit" I would take the "spirit" route and if you're both in the dev program, I don't see a problem.
