+2Add torrents into Restricted Software, it will kill process if they run torrents.

Not a technical problem, it's a people problem.
+7talk to your network department, if you are working behind a proxy they can probably block those stuff with categories or you do it like afizulla.chittoor says with the restricted software option in jamfPro.
+7Can the .torrent files be blocked from downloading & running? You may be able to create a Profile that restricts .torrent files.
