I've got a CC policy that installs the base CC software. But one of my labs wants to have the cache settings and some user settings (I assume these are plists somewhere) changed to custom values for all their users.

I dont want to build a whole new package for this -- since the original is 10 gigs.

My first thought is to just create a new package with composer of JUST the customizations. But I assume theres got to be a better way with either managed preferences or a config profile.

Any thoughts?

THis lab has many other standard software (which I have packages for) with a lot of requested user experience customizations....just wondering the best way to approach this problem

THanks,

We apply settings with a set of javascripts, so can maintain different settings for different departments. This is pretty well documented on the adobe developer site.

Capturing a few plist files with Composer may actually be the easiest option. Set them to install for all new and existing users. Done!
