+3We are deploying Lync to all of our users and I need to install Two certs to the Login Keychain using a script. I already have a package that will deploy the certs to a specific location on the machine and it works fine, but I need help with the script.

+35@JSOTO, you should be able to install the Certs using Configuration Profiles.
It's easier than a script!
+3We tried using the Configuration Profile, but that option did not work for us. These certs must be installed in the Login Keychain.
You said that you already had a package configured to deploy the cert into a specific location. Where was that location?
+27@JSOTO just curious what certificates you need to install into each users login keychain. I've been part the implementation of Lync at three companies and that was never an issue.

But my experience has been the same as @jhbush1973's, the only thing we did need to do once was deploy the internal CA cert.. Which was accomplished via a profile.
