We are distributing an in-house app through a hosted web server. We first were getting the "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" error, so I found out that the provisioning profile that was bundled with the app was expired. We had the developer re-bundled the app with a new provisioning profile and tried again. We started testing yesterday and the app starts to download and install but then it gives another error "Unable to download the app. The app could not be installed at this time. Retry or Download." When I look at failed commands I see the error message "The app is already scheduled for management. There is a placeholder for the app but I am unable to delete because of the restrictions in our policy.
Some of the troubleshooting steps:
-Reset Network settings on the device
- Tried a different network
- Wiped the device
The iPads are on 9.35 and the JSS version is JSS 9.101.0-t1504998263
Any guidance you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
