Are there any documented issues with regard to managing Mobile Devices running iOS 11? I'm running JSS 9.101.

Make sure your tomcat certificate is updated to SHA-256

Disabling lost mode doesnt work on specific ipad models

If you are on prior to 9.101 it looks like apps are not distributed to devices signed in with managed Apple ID's once a device is on iOS 11

Also if the device goes to sleep or the display shuts off when apps are installing they will pause.

802.1X authentication issues for EAP-PEAP MSCHAPv2 and (reportedly) EAP-TLS.

How does one do this?

What if the screen is already off? Will apps not deploy?

Thanks for the tip. Luckily not using 802.1X yet for our iOS devices.

Correct, they wont deploy

New added features that can not be managed or at least I have not seen a way.
- Multitasking & Dock
- Accounts and passwords
not new but wish you could manage
- Siri APP suggestions
- Control center
- Search

Well that's a dealbreaker. That basically renders managed distribution of apps useless.

The Messages app will NOT appear within the Camera.app if you want to send a Photo as a Text Message on a Personal Device with the MDM Profile installed on an iOS 11 iPhone.

Everything works as expected on Institutional Devices though.

This was resolved in 11.1.2
