Has anyone been able to figure out how to prompt for ActiveSync Credentials? All I can get it to do is prompt for a password, no email or account. Apparently, this was an issue a few years back and doesn't seem to be resolved. JAMF just swept this under the rug and ignored it?

I know the original post is nearly a year old, but I've been trying to deal with this same issue now for a couple of months. Does anyone know of any workarounds/hacks with this. JAMF ActiveSync payload instructs to leave domain and user fields blank in order for device to prompt for user. As indicated by msmith80, the device only prompts for a password (the email or account field reads "(null)" and cannot be modified). Doesn't seem practical to create 200+ individual configuration profiles for each user.
