Summary:
In the current version of the iOS 12.1.1 Beta, the installation flow of profiles has been broken. Previously, when downloading a profile, the user tapped "Allow" and was then taken to the profile installation screen.
Currently, after downloading the profile, there is a modal stating "Profile Downloaded" with no way to open the profile installation screen from the web.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to web page with configuration profile
2. Download configuration profile

Expected Results:
The user should be brought to a screen where they can install the profile

Actual Results:
A modal pops up with the message "Profile Downloaded" and no way to install the profile.
