Ipad locked via vshare

I used vshare for awhile and when anew system update came to my devise i updated it after my ipad was restarted it was locked and asking for apple id and password (the id was starting with s letter ) although i hadnt activated an icloud on my devise before ..after investigations i found that vshare is usually asking for id and passord when updating apps ...so what about updating adevise ? By the way my ipad is still locked since 4months ago what is your openions
