We have a strange occurrence and can't figure out the solution. We have an iPad that all of a sudden is locked when managed by Jamf School. It is missing the "Other Profile" labeled "Jamf School Education Profile (version:1)". We have attempted to remove the iPad from Jamf, add it back but when it's being managed by Jamf School, it is completely bricked. Home button, swipe, nothing works. Any thoughts?
