I have one singular iPad that has disappeared from my JSS twice now. When I physically check the device it tells me in the settings that it is still connected. I am not able to manage the device. Device management on the iPad still lists the MDM profile and certificates. The first time this happened I did a wipe & restore but I do not want to have to repeat this every month. Has anyone else come across this issue?
