Push Diagnostics is failing in two geographical regions, is anyone else seeing it?

Their status page shows APNS is good.

From home.. seems something is up

Thank you for the sanity check. :)

MDM profiles are actually installing now, but Push Diagnostics continues to show errors.

Mine failed with Push Diagnostics same as bentoms. But that's nothing new for me. :-)

Opened a case with Apple so they can explain what's happening.

Apple responded that there's nothing wrong with APNS.

This might be why Apple SE said it may be the tool.

Newly enrolled Macs only show MDM Profile in list but nothing else.

Opening a ticket with JAMF to troubleshoot.

Hello Don,

Thank you for contacting Apple.

I further checked the APNS service availability for the rennet two days, but everything is fine. So the issue shouldn't be related with APNS. I also tested by pushing a profile to the Mac in my lab just now, it
worked, while at the same time, Test Push in Push Diagnostics App still showed red error. I'm not sure why it reports Test Push as failed, but apparent APNS is working, it looks like that we cannot reply on this App to determine the real status of APNS.

To further troubleshoot this issue, could you please let me know the following:

If you have anything else to add that could help us isolate the problem, please feel free to do so.

I've often suspected that Push Diagnostics returns false failures.

Today I'm going to be out and about and will check on some different networks.

It is probably an expired APNS cert. I'll fix it ASAP.

Thanks @tperfitt, I opened a ticket with JAMF to troubleshoot our MDM issue, since it isn't related.

OK, it should be working now. At least it is for me :)
